Your wholesale purchases enable expert women artisans in Guatemala to earn fair, dependable income while working a flexible schedule from their homes.
Prospective wholesale clients are invited to apply for wholesale account. We usually approve your account within one business day. After your account is approved, you will be able to log in to access wholesale pricing and place orders. Wholesale prices are available only to approved retailers. FIRST TIME WHOLESALE CLIENTS:
Minimum opening order is $150; no minimum for reorders. First-time customers must prepay by credit card. We require a tax resale ID number to be on file before shipping.
PAYMENT AND TERMS:
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee. To apply for net 30 terms, please email us a credit reference sheet that includes 3 credit references. It may take 2 weeks or more to approve the application. Net 30 accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
SHIPPING and HANDLING:
When you place your order, you may select from a number of shipping options via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are determined by weight and region. Shipping and handling charges are added to your invoice total when you place your order.
RETURNS:
Refunds accepted ONLY with prior approval and within 15 days of original receipt. Please call or email for return merchandise authorization. No credit or exchanges are issued on damaged or mis-shipped items unless notified within 15 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns initiated 15 days after receipt. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the invoice date unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
